Ok Challengers… HOW WAS YOUR WEEK????

Week 5 is in the books and the challenge is over!!!

I taught my first Jazzercise class in 3 weeks yesterday.. Today I ran and taught class.. I see an epic nap in my future lol

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet.. Did you meet your goal? How was your eating? Did you meet the final challenge of tracking your meals for 5 days, your workout goal & hit complete this entry in MFP???

I just want to thank you all for participating & a special shout out to Single Ma for continuing after injuring herself early.

Tazzee & MsMixtress were really on this challenge in the final week.. Very proud of you ladies

I’m proud of all the participants that stuck through it all and didn’t give up just because they were out of the “running”

    I did well until this weekend. LOL! I’m back on the grind tomorrow. This challenge has really helped me get established again. Thank you!

    I did well until Friday. LOL! Being off work for two days and studying for that CPCU test threw me off. Then hanging with family this weekend, there was no calorie tracking or working out. LOL!

    I worked out everyday this week, except Sunday. My body was in recovery mode from the party weekend. I went to 2 holiday parties, had a born day celebration, and a sleepover so my nutrition was…umm…see what had happened was… LOL!

    So I’m going to post even though I’m late and ineligible. I did great this week until Friday. I tracked meals Sunday – Thursday, Friday I went to a Christmas party and while I tracked before the party – I didn’t get to finish my entry. I started Saturday brunching with friends – brunch with bottomless mimosas. After which I slept the afternoon away, LOL.

    I met my workout goals – Sunday – run, Tuesday – strength, Wednesday – run, Friday – run. I signed up for a rowing class Saturday morning but didn’t make it – see above.

    Thanks for this challenge – I’ve had fun. Competition always motivates me. Not knowing this was the last week, I dragged myself out of bed this morning and went to Zumba. I might not have gone if not for the competition.
