It’s been a crazy year and we are what 6weeks in? I have to totally kick my a$$ and get out of this funk.
I keep a lot to myself and usually a good Jazzercise class or run can cure my feelings….but even that isn’t working as we’ll as it has been for me. No bueno!
My official training kick off for my spring races didn’t happen…mr snow & ice derailed that & mr dreadmill is not my friend. So this week has been scrapped & call it wash. Recharging a so on Saturday & Sunday when I teach they won’t know what hit them. Sunday now that football is over I can take to the pavement a little later in day if necessary. I gotta find my mojo!
how do you get out of a rut?
